Case study

Harbour Light Festival

Multiple stages, one show file, zero downtime across a multi-day run.

Placeholder — real imagery to follow

An outdoor festival on the water: multiple stages, a relentless schedule and weather that refused to read the run sheet.

The brief

Keep several stages running back-to-back for days, make each one feel like a headline act, and never let a changeover — or a rain cell — stop the music.

What we delivered

Certified rigging gave every stage a safe, repeatable structure; a shared lighting approach let the design scale up or down without re-programming from scratch; and a clean, redundant power plan kept everything lit through the long nights.

  • Certified ground-support and motorised rigging across stages
  • A scalable lighting design with fast, reliable changeovers
  • Redundant power with weather and runtime planned in
  • One crew, one show file, total continuity

The result

The festival ran end to end without losing a beat — the kind of “nothing happened” that takes the most planning to achieve.

Let's bring the
lights up.

Tell us about the show. We'll bring the screens, the sound, the light and the people who make it all run on cue.
